Get fit for summer

Summer is the around the corner and like every year people each begins to diet, are targeted to the gym, jogging ... and all for a good body to look at any beach or pool.

But that your objectives are met I will tell you that a healthy diet of five or six meals a day, which must include the minimum amount of fried and abundant protein is 75% to achieve that goal and moderate exercise (it is preferable to a workout all day long just two days a week) is only 15% -20%.
